Resting in the heart of the San Juan Mountains, the Iron Horse Chapter of H.O.G.®, sponsored by Durango Harley-Davidson®, brings together riders from all over the Four Corners area. The chapter holds local and multi-day rides, cookouts, poker runs and impromptu social events for its members.
Our Cabin Fever Ride is one of our signature events each year. Like its name, we all tend to get cabin fever towards the end of winter, so around March or April, we ride (sometimes haul) our bikes south to warmer weather for several days of riding and social time. We have explored West Texas, Southern Arizona, New Mexico and California, and the Colorado River Basin including Death Valley. It is a great time to enjoy some warmer weather and riding with friends.
We enjoy our annual color ride in September and always have a great time riding in the mountains with the golden aspens adding to the scenery.
The Iron Horse Chapter meets the first Saturday of every month at 10:30 am at the dealership. Come join us for friendship and some great riding in the Rockies!
